Visitors, demo requesters, partners, career candidates and customer-portal users.
2. Information We Collect
- Identity and contact details,
- Company and role information,
- Request and support content,
- Account and subscription data,
- Security logs,
- Billing details (card data stays with the payment institution).
3. Use
We use data for demos, sales, support, contracting, invoicing, collection, security and legal duties.
4. Security
We apply access control, TLS 1.2+, authorization and tenant isolation. Payment card numbers are not stored on our servers.
5. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your Board Plus One account and its associated data from inside the app, or request deletion in writing. The steps, the data that is deleted, the data that is retained and the applicable periods are set out on the Account and Data Deletion page.
