Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Scope

Covers fees for software, subscription, setup, integration and consulting services offered by Board Plus One.

2. Free demos

Demos and discovery calls are free and create no refund claim or purchase obligation.

3. B2B

Services are primarily for businesses. Merchant-to-merchant deals are not consumer transactions and are not subject to the statutory withdrawal right; contracts and commercial/civil codes apply.

4. Consumer cases

If a consumer distance contract applies exceptionally, a 14-day withdrawal right may exist, subject to statutory exceptions for immediately performed digital services.

5. Process
